When you arrive, you will take a quick shower, with soap, at my location. This makes for a truly uninhibited experience for both of us.
ARE YOU FLEXIBLE ON YOUR SCREENING REQUIREMENTS?
My screening methods are for both our safety and are very standard. I require all the information requested on my form in order to see you. If you are not willing to be screened, sadly, you will not make my acquaintance.
Please note that Linkedin is not valid form of screening on its own, nor is providing a handle from one of the boards. If you would like to include this information in addition to the requested screening information that would be rad. I do not take agency references; I need to speak directly with the provider you have seen.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
As both of our time is valuable, please provide at least 24 hour cancellation notice. If you cancel within a 24 hour window I will need to collect a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 4 hours I will need to collect a 100% cancellation fee. Repeated cancellations, even with notice will not be tolerated and will result in the request of a holding deposit.
